This hub serves as an archive for our departmental news, live shows, competitive VoDs, podcasts, and more. The website is run by OU Esports & Co-Curricular Innovation (ECCI) students.

Live Channels

As part of our media outlet, we also have a heavy emphasis on live production. These broadcasts consist of all of our live matches across our competitive titles.The goal since the beginning has been to be equally competitive in media as we are in intercollegiate esports.

Our Content

Content housed on our YouTube channel range from a broad pool of topics. It can be hype videos of teams, talks from leadership, panels of students, event montages, and reviews.

Sooner E-News

Sooner E-News represents are direct to IGTV news shorts. Featuring students talking about trending news in the industry across all sectors. When school is in session for the Fall and Spring semesters this content is created weekly or bi-weekly.

Documentaries

Thanks to student initiatives, we have started a program long documentary called OU XP and plan to expand on it more in the future. Additionally, we create other documentary style content for various topics.

Montages & Recaps

Who doesn’t enjoy a good hype video? We sure do! Here are various event montages and recaps, hype videos, and short summary clips as we move through our various events and milestones over time. We’ll be adding more to this category as we grow our synergy more.

Talks & Event Panels

Not only do we create content for entertainment and reporting, we advocate for who we are, what we enjoy, and where we want to go. Here are our various informational videos ranging from individual talks to group panels.

Full VoDs

VoD = Video on Demand. Maybe you want to watch a full replay of an event or match play versus just the recap or montage. Here you will find full length VoDs of events we have produced over time. Full play of events like Bedlam & Red River Clash/OUTX can be found here.

Interviews & Reviews

A key component many of us consume are reviews. Next device comes out, new service, etc., we look for reviews before spending our money. Additionally, as we generate articles we often create video assets to coincide with the text like tours, interviews, & voice overs.

Last night we hosted our annual ALL DEVELOPMENT meeting for programs and teams. This year we reached over 175 students across our department and this week we will be revealing our rosters from applications and tryouts across socials. We start with highlighting the admins that keep us moving forward. All are students past the top level and Community & Labs. Program size denotes student numbers ONLY. We will also highlight their colleges, degrees & current majors at OU.
